The Concept
The cleaning agency concept is the perfect business, with enormous potential for a small
initial investment.
People love the luxury of help with their household chores, but what they don’t like is the frustration and inconvenience of finding someone suitable (hard working, trustworthy and reliable) when they require a cleaner, whether for the first time, or to replace a cleaner that has recently left.
The Point 2 Point
Cleaning Business gives you the complete blueprint to start your own
cleaning agency in your local area. You’re linking clients who need
a cleaner and cleaners that are available for work.
Clients
Lots of people already have
cleaners but sooner or later for some reason or another their
cleaner will leave and they will have to find a replacement. This
sounds easy, but if you talk to anyone who has had to replace their
cleaner due to absenteeism or punctuality, and they will tell you
how difficult it can be to find a good cleaner. This is where the
cleaning business comes in, you’ll have cleaners on your books ready
to work and the client is more than happy to pay you and have a
cleaner straight away rather than have to do the domestic cleaning
themselves. People want a cleaner but don’t have the time or don’t
know how to go about getting one, at the same time they don’t want
the aggravation of interviewing cleaners. There are many people who
don’t know they actually need a cleaner to free up their spare time.
We will show how to attract and keep these clients such as: the
wealthy, elderly, professionals and most importantly people who
cannot stand housework. There are always people who use cleaning
companies, they have found out how much time the cleaning company
saves them as well as knowing that they are going to be reliable and
professional.
Cleaners
There are many people who wish
to work, but don’t have the necessary skills, experience or
qualifications for many jobs. Most ladies have experience of
domestic housework and are happy to earn an income whether it is
three or thirty hours a week. There will always be those with family
commitments and are only able to work during school hours, this is a
perfect time for domestic cleaning. Some cleaners work only two or
three days a week, this is fine, even if a cleaner only has a few
clients, she’ll be earning fees for your cleaning business every
week. There will always be a huge demand for domestic cleaning
services, with multiple property ownership rocketing and spare time
to clean and maintain them a luxury these days, good quality
cleaners will always be in demand.

The
Potential Income
The most attractive aspects of
the cleaning business are that your total income increases with each
new client you business gains. All clients (apart from the one-off
cleans which pays cash only) pay their fees by standing order
directly into your business account every month. Fees differ across
the UK with fees in London and the south east of England surpassing
the rest of the country, but to give you an average example of how
this works in practice, we’ve used an average rate of £3.50 per
hour, with each client requiring 4 hours per week. This is the
amount the client pays you for your service; the client pays the
cleaner in cash each week. At the normal rate of adding just 4
clients per week, the table below clearly demonstrates how your
income quickly increases throughout the year. Remember that existing
clients are continuality providing fees each and every month while
you are constantly adding new ones. New clients each week at 4 hours
a week = 16 clients each month at 64 hours each week = 64 hours x 52
weeks divided by 12 months x £3.50 per hour = £970 each calendar
month and so on…
